Deposits & Cancellation Policy
In order to better serve & accommodate our guests, a 20% deposit will be due at time of booking for all boarding reservations beginning July 1st, 2024 & later.
Deposits will be refunded in full for reservations cancelled 4 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date.
Reservations cancelled less than 4 days prior to start will forfeit the deposit.
We appreciate your help & understanding keeping Passage East available for as many guests as possible!
2.) FOOD: Bring your dog's usual food (recommended) or use our house dry food (Sierra Natural Holistic Premium Chicken).
3.) LOVE: Giving your pet the care & attention we'd spoil our own pets with is what our kennel staff does best :)

Homemade Frozen Treat: $2.50
Our frozen treats are made by hand in our own kitchen with fresh, human-grade ingredients like blueberries, yogurt, and peanut butter. 100% Dog Approved.
Snuggle Session: $20/each
Calling all cuddlebugs! A Snuggle Sesh full of belly rubs, scritches, and extra lovin' is a great addition for any pup who loves their people time or could use some extra TLC.
Health Requirements
Boarding guests must be up-to-date on the following vaccinations / tests:
- Rabies
- Canine Distemper/Parvo
- Bordetella
- Fecal exam negative for ova, parasites, & Giardia within 6 months of reservation
- Canine influenza vaccine strongly recommended

Mini Playgroup: $20/each
If your dog is a bona fido social pupperfly, sign them up for an extra Mini Playgroup with a few canine companions hand-selected by our staff! Great for dog-friendly pups.
** Group socialization may not be your dog's thing, and that's okay!
If your dog won't be participating in playgroup, please add at least one of the private play sessions below per day OR pupgrade to the Extra Playtime Package to ensure they get plenty of exercise & TLC while they're here!

Sign your dog up for an individual play session with their fav Passage East human to toss the b-a-l-l, play with a special toy, or just zoom in circles. Your dog's the boss!
